I'm a huge advocate for good skin care. Especially when being on such strong and toxic medications. Prednisone alone causes hair loss and rashes. Here's two of my current favorite products that came from Ipsy. Hydration is extremely important in the cooler months. So drink lots of water, enjoy a cup of green tea, get plenty of sleep (when possiable) and use topical hydration formulas. You only get one body so take good care of it. I've been getting Ipsy for a year and a half and I love it. When I ended up in the hospital, I needed creative ideas for shopping and trying new things. I share my monthly boxes of sample size products with my family and friends. Recently Ipsy started the Glam Plus box. These boxes offer full size products.
