Erica, hastily covers Iris' mouth: S-Shh!! What are you doing?! You're not supposed to say his name!!

Iris, grabs Erica's hands off her mouth, annoyed: Come on, seriously? When are you actually going to confess? When the both of you are using walking canes or wheelchairs?

Erica adjusts her glasses, embarrassed: I-It's too sudden. I was thinking of confessing to him once I become a success like he believes me to be.

Iris: That could be years from now, though.

Erica: L-Love can't be rushed! I mustn't look like an easy girl who swoons the moment she gets a compliment. I must show my sincerity.

Iris, sighs: If you say so. But I think you're thinking too much about this. You should confess your feelings before it's too late.

Erica: B-But weren't you... rejected?

Iris, emotional damage 100: I-I still professed my feelings to the man I liked. And I don't regret confessing. If I was given a do-over, I'd do it again. Rejection is still better than regrets and what-ifs if you say nothing.

Erica: T-That is true. But I'm still determined to follow this through, even if I am never able to confess the feelings that warm my heart.

Iris, shrugs in resignation: If that's your decision, then I won't say anything more. Anyway, can you help me with the filing? I'm stuck again.

Erica, smiles: Sure, I'd be happy to.

Cattleya is the mom friend

Iris had a small crush on Cattleya when she got hired

Violet is the lil sibling everyone loves. They say she is baby and must be protected, even thought she always explains in a very detailed way that she actually killed a lot of people when she was 10

At Violet's first period, she didn't know what to do and thought she was dying (she didn't got a good education with this part), but Benedict helped her (Benedict trans man canon)

Benedict taught Violet how to swear and Cattleya nearly killed him

Erica is autistic as well and has schizoid personality disorder

Erica helped on accomodating Violet's needs and this resulted on them becoming closer

Iris has anxiety

Benedict has ADHD

Hodgins has PTSD

Cattleya is the supportive neurotypical friend that can rip your throat with her own teeth if you say anything about those guys she works with

Benedict, Hodgins, Iris and Violet have punched people on the face for talking shit about their work friends

"They may be idiots, but they are MY idiots!" - Iris, probably, after punching said person

In this situation, Cattleya and Erica would just stare and list everything that is wrong with you and threaten your family and friends if you come closer their work mates

Violet has a crush on Luculia and one day she came over the company and that made Violet really embarassed, making everyone find out about her crush

Since then, they try making them go to dates and do romantic stuff together

Violet loves everyone as her family, and in each one's birthday she writes them letters and say "I love you" (someone definitely cried. You can decide on who)
