Picture this: you’re a darling, a Manhattan elite, you have everything you could ever want and more. And then you go to a rock concert–which is totally out of character for you, right? You’re going through this, like, rebellious phase–and meet a rock star. And then you hook up with that rock star. And then… you end up pregnant.

Yeah, that was not the news her parents were hoping to hear. Iris was determined to do her very best for her baby, though. Even if she was totally freaking out! Raising Cal has been the joy of her life. Iris will do whatever she can to make sure that Cal feels supported, safe and loved. Iris will be with them every step of the way.

When Iris met Mr Cooper, everything changed for the better. He made her laugh, he made her believe. Iris was so happy to marry him and join his family, later having another kid together. Now, they’re truly one big, happy, family. And like, out of her sisters, she’s doing the best now… right?

About: Iris attended Bay City University for a year before she decided that it wasn’t right for her at the time. Due to her parents getting frustrated with her not being sure what she wanted to do after a couple of years, they threatened to kick her out on the street if she didn’t find a job and an apartment. Panicking, she found a sympathetic ear in Liadin, a local coffee shop owner, who hired her and helped her find an apartment she could afford.

Slight redesign of an OC

To be specific, what is basically my DC!AU version of Alice called Iris or Shadow, goes to great lengths to protect her identity. She's covered from head to toe in black, including a cape and hood, and a helmet. She also wears a chest binder and regular boots, no heels. She's mute, so she "speaks" by typing out her words on touch sensitive areas of her suit. The voice she uses is that of an American man, even though she's English and a woman. So while people are out looking for a shortish, probably white, American man, they should be looking for a tall, English woman, who I've recently decided also happens to be black. Because most of my OC's are white and that needs to be corrected.
