19-Year-Old Transgender University of Washington Student Fatally Stabbed

The suspect remains at large.

edit 3 (5/14/2026): she has been identified [3rd link to article]. her name is juniper blessing, and she was an atmospheric and earth sciences major. there is an on-campus event for those in the area at UW to grieve her.

i'm not really seeing anyone on here talking about it unfortunately, but a 19 year old trans woman, who has now been identified as juniper blessing, was recently (may 10th 2026) stabbed to death in seattle. she has not been publicly identified by name yet.

update: the suspect has, as of may 14th 2026, turned himself in and is being held on 10 million bail.

hyperempathetic followers can now rest easy knowing the oceangate missing people have been dead for days and didn't feel a thing when it happened. low empathy followers can be bummed out that they found the wreckage so we can no longer gleefully imagine the passengers slowly freezing to death. normal followers (everyone in the middle) can be reasonably irritated that untold money was spent going after these idiots when poor disenfranchised people die all the time. if you learned about the migrant tragedy in the mediterranean sea thru this that's good (i did too), it's ALWAYS a good time to love and support refugees, migrants, n impoverished people. we have FAR more in common with them than we do the rich.

The thing nobody tells you about adulthood is how many people die in your 20s. Sometimes it’s family members like grandparents, other time it’s good friends from high school. Like, no one tells you to expect to go to so many funerals when you and the people you grew up with are “in the prime of your lives.”

man breaking my silence to say i am still so bummed abt tom kane maybe i wont be tomorrow when ive gotten my proper meds hopefully taken but. man. i didnt know the guys name until likeee last year when i got back in KP . idk the guy on any personal or even parasocial level. but he was really good at voice actin and he did seem sweet to people I saw who met him. i hope he can rest easy and peacefully after the health problems that have kept him struggling these past years.

As for why I was gone, there's just a lot going on in my mind, which went kind of spiraling with being in mourning over my last living grandparent passing. I got the news over text as I was writing a last-minute certificate graduation speech that started with saying who my mom, dad, and late grandparents and my living grandparent were.

Good things have happened, too. Though I will say, it's kind of scary getting recognition for my singing and art, so there's the good that makes me nervous as well haha! (Please note the art of mine known irl is not characters looking cute/sexy/whatever xD I paint)

Anyways, I just want to say it's all appreciated. And, I'm sorry if I make people worry about me!!!! Or my poor muse trapped in my brain! I think he's still okay!

huh.. just got a call saying my biological dad died and im the only next of kin
