I didn’t end up getting to have fun that past Sunday like I wanted, but recently I was super hungover and spewed at work when I was alone. Felt good to get out, had a couple bigger gushes.

hmm. so we thought we'd fully trained ourselves to vomit silently, but today, for the first time in years, we have made Loud Awful Noises while throwing up Completely Involuntarily. we did not think that was still possible for us to do without active and intentional effort to be loud

we also lost pretty much all of our dinner. luckily, this happened before taking the night time cold/flu meds, so hopefully we won't vomit again and we'll be able to sleep soundly tonight
