36: what are your OC's interests, hobbies, dislikes?Zelda is super in love w/ her job! she also loves movie magazines and decorating so the end result is big parts of her walls all covered in pictures of movie stars & movie sets along with baseball stuff. she also religiously listens to the radio and often fiddles with her own! zelda dislikes anything manipulative, and, less seriously, mustard, a lack of attention, and the BMT subway lines.

22: do they have any powers? Mehetabel does, as she is Literally Death! hers are all the things one would expect from death- guiding souls and instructing souls, but she also has the ability to stop death if she thinks it’s not the proper time. and mehetabel is way too nice, so she does this A Lot. (she also has very limited insight into the future as long as it relates to death & one specific person.) 

28: what would their voice sound like? Mehetabel has a soft & mellow mezzo-soprano voice with the thickest new england/boston accent known to man. it’s so thick. (also she still says like... god be with ye instead of goodbye)

!!! i hope you don’t mind me publishing this?? if you do tell me & i’ll take it down. but! here we go! (thank you for askin me about them!)

okay so. 20s Small Town Hell is ofc in the 20s, and starts out with Zelda Ruth Lichtenberg & her twin Benjamin Lichtenberg! Zelda is a prohibition agent and bennie is a statistician who helps her & the other agents with predicting where speakeasies are and where shipments come in. thing is, Zelda is way too determined and also waaay too willing to arrest government officials if she finds them in a speakeasy and this gets her and Bennie transfered to the middle of Fuck Nowhere, NY (which is the fictional locale of Adzetown, NY). there lives a whole slew of weirdos! there’s fire chief Shaw, who’s the town’s first female fire chief and gives little announcements on the local radio station (and zelda is very... very gay for her). there’s also Literal Death, who’s named Mehetabel and is very nice, and whose strawberry jam won first place at the county fair. the entire town is very strange, snowbound for half the year, and, as Literal Death is a resident, full of shenanigans. (other residents include a guy who should’ve died in 1864, a spirit medium who’s so dramatic that she insists on being called Pythia, a cynical businesswoman and her aviator brother, and the world’s most chipper nurse.)  

high fantasy is somewhat newer and has a main cast of six weirdos: two queens, one thief, two knights, and an enchanter who is done with all of their shit, at all times. King Betrannus (technically queen bertrannus but the title is by default king), Queen Amice, Unastetta, Enguerrand & Aedelmar, and Jannin. Bertrannus dueled her adopted brother for the throne, Unastetta literally made a deal with the goddess of death, and Amice, Enguerrand, and Aedelmar are a big poly relationship. Jannin holds themselves aloof and uses light magic enchantments! there’s lots of diplomatic drama and Good Shit

as a Trans™ myself i understand why anon is apprehensive but tbh i don't think ur doin anything wrong?? From what i understand the character isn't coded trans one way or another at all and tbh ur not implementing any harmful stereotypes that i know of in ur headcanons so.... it's fine tbh
