You can probably find Van somewhere in the Wasteland, attempting to 'clean up' what damage he feels he has caused. He most likely won't be easy to contact until he returns from this tour. I honestly think keeping an eye out for Fiona is a better idea for the short term -- she'll be back in town some time next week.
