Both of them having these panicked moments where they swear they can feel and smell Xehanort and are fucking terrified he's going to take control again, the other trying to reassure them that they're imagining things.
Xion has to take a mission to an industrial-themed world so Braig does it instead so she doesn't have to listen to all the metal noises
Xion just randomly hugging Braig cause she's learned to figure out when he's faking being happy and she knows the feeling
Xion has a nightmare she's going to get dragged back to the labs so Braig stands in the corner of her room all night, weapons drawn, to reassure her she's safe
Braig has a really 'down' time so Xion takes him to the clock tower for Ice Cream and Chill and they have a feelings jam
Xion keeping a close eye on Braig during those first few horrible and unstable weeks after Xehanort's defeat, making sure everyone who doubts stays away and keeps their mouths shut, because if anything's going to set him off, she's sure that it'll be talk of Xehanort.
Braig learning the tricks that break Xion out of those funks she gets into, giving her a few days before he actively tries to get her to cry because he knows that she has to but she won't without prompting. He learns what to say and what to do in order to get those tears out.

Staying up late in the night with bad coffee because neither of them can sleep but the nights are easier with good company, not always talking because sometimes words aren't important
When Braig takes Xion to RG he gives her a tour of the castle but makes sure to keep her away from the labs because a) he gets creeped out and b) he doesn't want to risk that
They go to a candy shop and binge hard
Some days Xion does cancel training because it's obvious Braig's not up to it, other times she makes it harder because he needs to vent somehow and this doesn't involve hurting himself
Braig giving Xion crap about how freaked out she gets when she doesn't know where he is or when he takes a long time getting back, but he does the same exact thing.
People asking if Xion's Braig's daughter or younger cousin or something since they're together so often, Xion jokingly replying that Braig's her son, obviously.
Xion making mental notes about the things that bother or trigger Braig and getting thoroughly pissed off with people when they do something along those lines. She won't say why it is these actions piss her off; she won't out Braig like that.
Xion letting Braig come along with her on jobs that she thinks he's able to handle, the two of them patching each other up afterwards.
Some people getting a bit weirded out over how comfortable Xion is about showing skin around Braig, but she pisses all over that shit because it's just fucking skin; calm down. Besides, Braig is one of the few people she feels comfortable showing her scars to.
Also, Braig's thirty-six (sort of), he's not as immature as he acts. Sometimes it helps to show scars and he understands that better than most people.
When Xion feels especially sad Braig just sits with her like she does for him; when she's happy he helps her 'celebrate' by letting her dick around in zero G for a while
Xion slowly learning how to cut hair (probably from Dilan) so she can help Braig keep looking like himself
Braig makes a point of using "remember when" when he talks about things with Xion to low key remind her he's not forgetting her
Braig noticing a large and jagged X-shaped scar between Xion's shoulderblades one morning. Braig knowing better than to ask her about the story behind it.
Xion just smiling and cheering when Braig picks up the glider with ease (because space powers) while everyone else who had to train for months to get that shit down either gawks or glares.
Xion showering Braig in physical and verbal affections because light knows he doesn't get nearly enough of those. She chooses to ignore any of his complaints or teases about this.
Braig having to force Xion to sit down and chill the fuck out every now and then because she's conditioned to be a workaholic and doesn't know how to stay in one place and do nothing for extended periods of time.
Braig takes Xion to places like Disney Town because the poor girl never got the chance to just be a kid, and she deserves a few days to kick back.

Both of them occasionally waking up to find that the other snuck into their room overnight after a nightmare or just straight-up being unable to sleep but not wanting to wake the other up since sleep is something that can be hard sometimes.
Xion and Braig sharing a dislike for Atlantica, but for different reasons, Xion's being her fear of drowning and the fact that being submerged in liquid reminds her too much of the tube she was born and raised in.
Xion having picked up a habit of wrapping her arms around Braig and singing or humming to calm him down when he's anxious or panicky.
Braig can't cook to save his life but he still makes sure Xion gets decent food because sometimes being a master or having a bad day/days means it's hard to remember to take care of yourself
