A darker au this time. Could be time travel or reincarnation tbh idk. But Ace and Sabo one day started getting memories of what happened in canon. Unfortunately the darker memories tended to outweigh the happy ones, yet they still have the better memories too. Either way they come to the harrowing realization that, in their own way, they had left each other and had left Luffy all alone. And they haven’t found Luffy in this life yet. So they’re bound and determined to find their little brother and make sure they stay together this time.
