Quick vent
OK, so I knew that coming into a new organisation I’d find out some stuff along the way. But somehow, since Christmas, three bombs have gone off, none of which is my fault, which will all be difficult to deal with by themselves, let alone all at once.
Should I have asked more questions during the recruitment process? At this stage, I just have to suck it up and do the best I can, knowing that the guy who did this job before me (and who quite frankly caused all these problems) was doing his best too, doing three jobs at the same time before they hired me.
Ugh... frustrating stuff.
