I still can't get over yaso curse of soirée's third ending, IT'S SO AMAZING
That twist on the "turn back during your walk to the afterlife and you'll be dragged to hell" mythos was absolutely fucking beautiful like
Sho leaving behind her guilt with the dead (destroying the paper crane) and tearing herself back to life- because her life already is hell, THAT'S JUST SO?????
And it was so beautiful that despite everything, despite her hating her life, despite it being hell, she still chooses to live, to face her sins and actions because she'd rather overcome all of that than die an easy death where she'd never make true peace with herself IT'S SO
I already loved GOHOME with the "as long as you have the warmth of tears, everything will be alright" ending and then this one, it's all just so!!!!!!!!
Ichimatsu Suzuka's games seem to be so heartwarmingly positive in meaning despite their unsettlingly surrealistic and grim appearances... I can't wait for gucha gucha to come out
