Data x Julian works even in the context of Garashir bc of how some ppl get married/promise monogamy but have a jokey “celebrity crush pass” for like a singular celebrity if it ever was possible to bang them. Data is Julian’s choice. Lore is Garaks choice. Garak thinks the whole idea is ridiculous but might chose some long dead Cardassian author.
