Things that happen at my new apartment

the bathroom light leaks water when it storms

If you use two AC units at the same time, the power shuts down for the entire apartment

If you use the dryer and the microwave at the same time, a mysterious electrical fire starts in a covered up outlet that's inaccessible due to the cabinets being placed in front of it

the bathroom smells as if the sewer is directly exposed

The dishwasher never dries dishes

The washer doesn't drain

The fridge never keeps food cold (again!)

Can't wait for it to be winter to test the heater only to find out that it exhausts asbestos directly to our unit or something 🙏
