Stop trending something you are not!

There seems a rise of people out there over social media and even in my own real life that I have cause people making up fake gender identities, to saying they are trans for attention, but not really. With this you are hurting those who are Transgender, people who Ide tidy as genderfluid, genderqueer, agendered/ Nonbinary. We are not a a Trend.

Now here is a difference before you attack me. There is people who are still trying to find themselves, so yes they kind of float from one identity to another, however stay solid on their feelings. HOWEVER, there is also the people seeking attention and “transtrend.” Basically faking being Transgender to see attention of approval/Likes. Being Transgender is not a trend and you are hurting those who are and invalidating them when you do this.

Today society is always looking for a reason to invalidate the trans community. Making it out that we are either deviants, pedofiles, or people seeking attention. Which non is true, there is real studies that those who are Transgender that what we Trans folks go through is real. Our life is not a trend, trans woman and men are harassed and attacked enough. We are denied jobs or fired, rejected by family and friends. We go under painful surgeries to fully feel our selves (some choose not too) and put hormones in our system to feel normal. Which are harmful is not taken correctly. Gender dysphoria is no fun thing to brag about, it can bring you to the brink of suicide, cutting and for some abusing drugs and/or drinking.

So hate me for calling out anyone who does this, but stop it, stop helping society invalidate us as human beings only want acceptance in society to be our selves. All for the sake of attention. You are the reason people want to frisk and grope or shoot anyone they assume is a person faking a gender to go into the opposite bathroom. Which is not true. You are the problem and stop it!

(If you hate me after this call out, then do so. But as a Transmale dating my partner who is Nonbinary, we struggle daily with real life trans related issues. And I am freaking done with people using our identities as a trend for likes and attention)
