long before the abandoned pizzeria became another forgotten building, it was filled with birthday songs, bright lights, and the laughter of children. fazbear entertainment promised unforgettable memories—but when several children vanished without a trace, the company buried the truth beneath new locations, rewritten reports, and locked doors. years later, a sealed case file resurfaces in caitlyn's investigation, uncovering faded newspaper clippings, corrupted security footage, and a single birthday party that never reached its end. every missing child, every broken animatronic, and every haunting can be traced back to that one night. before you ever clock in for your first shift... before the cameras begin to move... before the mascots start calling your name...you have to learn how the nightmare began. because some parties don't end when the guests leave. they wait for someone to come back.
contains: psychological horror, supernatural horror, haunted animatronics, suspense, mystery, missing children, implied child death, grief, themes of loss, violence, blood, non-graphic gore, disturbing imagery, body horror, jump scares, loud noises, flickering lights, claustrophobic settings, paranoia, hallucination-like sequences, survivor's guilt, emotional distress, corporate corruption, experimental robotics, character death, canon-typical arcane violence, strong language, occasional dirty jokes and suggestive humor for comedic relief, dark comedy, and unsettling themes throughout.

the party never ended.
that’s what the faded sign above the door claimed, peeling letters curling like old scars. you stood between vi and jinx, the heavy door groaning shut behind you.
the air tasted stale—grease, cheap pizza sauce, and something else.
something metallic. beneath the cheerful, looping carnival music, a low hum vibrated in your teeth.
"rules are simple, cupcake," vi said, her voice tight. she shoved a laminated sheet into your hands. freddy fazbear’s pizza: night guard protocol.
"watch the cameras. conserve power. doors shut when the lights flicker. survive ‘til six."
she scanned the shadowed dining area, fists clenched. animatronic eyes glinted in the gloom.
freddy’s top hat sat crooked on his massive head. bonnie’s guitar hung limp.
jinx giggled, high and brittle. she spun, her blue braids catching the dim emergency light. "survive? sounds boring! bet we can make ‘em dance!" she kicked a discarded paper cup. it skittered across the checkered floor, echoing too loud.
"focus, powder," vi snapped, but her eyes darted to the stage. freddy hadn’t moved. but bonnie… bonnie’s head seemed tilted just a fraction more towards the hallway leading to the office.
the office was a cramped closet smelling of dust and ozone. monitors flickered, showing grainy views of the restaurant: pirate cove’s tattered curtain, the prize corner piled with forgotten plushies, the long, dark hallways.
vi took the main chair, her broad shoulders tense.
jinx perched on a filing cabinet, legs swinging, humming a tuneless song.
you hovered by the door control panel, fingers hovering over the big red buttons marked left door and right door.
11:00 p.m. silence. heavy. suffocating. only the drone of the ventilation and jinx’s erratic humming.
11:30 p.m. a flicker on camera 2. the dining area. bonnie was gone. only freddy remained, his plastic gaze fixed on the camera lens.
"left hall," vi barked. you slammed the button. the heavy metal door clanged shut just as a shadow passed the window—a glimpse of purple fur, long ears brushing the glass.
"see?" jinx chirped. "jayce always was impatient. wanted outta everywhere."
12:00 a.m. the power dipped. lights flickered violently. on camera 4, pirate cove’s curtain twitched. something moved behind it—a flash of rusted red metal, a hook catching the light.
"foxy," vi breathed. "vander…"
the curtain jerked aside. nothing. just darkness.
then, a wet, dragging sound echoed from the right hall. thump… scrape… thump…
"right door!" you yelled, jamming the button. the door slid shut. silence. then, a heavy impact shook the metal. BANG. once. twice.
"he’s strong," vi muttered, knuckles white on the desk edge. "always was."
1:00 a.m. the music stopped. the sudden silence was worse.
camera 3 fizzed. prize corner. the puppet—viktor—hung limp in its box. then, slowly, its long, jointed arms unfolded. its painted face tilted upwards. not towards the camera. towards the vent above your office.
"uh… guys?" you whispered.
a giggle echoed through the vent. high-pitched, manic, then choked with static. "hehe… found you…"
"mylo," jinx whispered, her grin faltering. "he’s… loud."
a metallic screech tore through the vent above you. something heavy landed inside the ceiling. claws scraped metal.
"lights!" vi roared.
you fumbled for the flashlight, clicking it on just as a mangled face of pink and white plastic, wires spilling like guts, lunged down from the vent. balloon boy—mylo—snapped its jaws inches from your face, one eye wide and terrified, the other narrowed in glee.
jinx screamed—a raw, terrified sound. vi launched herself from the chair, grabbing a metal pipe leaning against the wall.
"GET BACK!" she bellowed, swinging. the pipe connected with mylo’s head with a sickening crack.
the animatronic recoiled, shrieking, a garbled mix of laughter and sobs spilling from its speakers. "hurtshurtshurts! makeitstop! PLAY WITH ME!" it scrambled back into the vent, vanishing.
vi slumped against the desk, breathing hard. jinx trembled, hugging herself. "he’s… broken," she mumbled. "like me."
2:00 a.m. power at 45%. the monitors showed relentless movement. bonnie pounding on the left door. freddy standing motionless in the dining hall, but his shadow stretched too long, too wrong. foxy’s curtain remained open—he was somewhere else. watching.
then, camera 7—the west hall corner—fizzed violently. words scrambled across the screen, white noise hissing:
R U N .
the image resolved. funtime foxy—ekko—stood perfectly still at the end of the hall. not facing the office. facing the supply closet door. his single, sharp eye seemed to look directly through the camera. at you.
a low, guttural growl vibrated through the walls. not from ekko. from inside the supply closet. something heavy slammed against the door from within. ekko vanished. the screen went black.
3:00 a.m. power at 20%. desperation clawed at your throat. vi checked cameras frantically. jinx stared blankly at the puppet’s monitor. viktor was gone from his box.
"where’d he go?" you asked, voice hoarse.
"helping," jinx murmured. "he finds the lost ones. holds ‘em together. like… glue."
a soft chime echoed through the office. a small, wrapped gift box sat on the floor by the door. it hadn’t been there before.
vi kicked it away. "don’t touch it!"
the lights flickered. died. plunged into utter blackness.
heavy footsteps thudded outside the left door. slow. deliberate. freddy.
then, right door. faster. erratic. bonnie. jayce.
BANG! BANG! BANG! on both doors simultaneously. the metal groaned.
"power!" vi yelled. "turn it on! just for the doors!"
you slammed the power button. the emergency lights flared, weak and yellow. the monitors buzzed to life.
camera 1. the main stage. freddy was gone.
camera 2. dining area. empty.
camera 3. prize corner. the puppet—viktor—stood in the center of the room. its long arm slowly raised, pointing… towards the office window.
you looked up.
freddy’s face filled the window. plastic eyes wide, unblinking. mouth slightly open. behind him, bonnie’s silhouette twitched, guitar raised like a club.
and behind them, deeper in the dark hall, a taller, rusted shape stood watch. foxy. vander. hook gleaming dully.
freddy’s head tilted. a voice, impossibly deep and layered with static, yet unmistakably mel’s calm, chilling tone, rasped through the door’s speaker: "you shouldn’t be here. the children… they get so hungry."
jinx pressed her forehead against the cold monitor glass, her reflection warped beside freddy’s looming face.
her voice was a cracked whisper, echoing ekko’s warning, echoing the dread coiling in your gut: "if you can hear them… run."
the power died. the footsteps surged forward. the doors screamed under the weight.
