Clangen is amazing but also i think I'm a horrible decision maker. I sent out a patrol of 4 and 3 CATS GOT KILLED BY ROGUES. THE ONE THAT SURVIVED WAS THE LEADER WITH 8 LIVES. HALF OF MY CLAN FUCKING DIED IN LIKE AN HOUR OF PLAY

What better way to start off my warriors posts on this blog than to post my current favorite OC, Softpaw. 

This is technically Softripple but in the canon as of now she’s Softpaw. He’s a cream cat with golden flecks, and crossed brown eyes. She has joint issues that will get worse as she gets older, but until she has to retire, he’s going to be the best warrior he can. 

Softpaw uses she/he pronouns, and she’s a member of my BF’s clan, Isleclan. She is 11 moons old, and wasn’t born into Isleclan, but brought there by a Shadowclan cat. Her parents are a kittypet and a she-cat from Shadowclan, and she has two siblings, who are in Loneclan, the clan I made :3

She is going to have a mate, a eurasian lynx the clan took in as a kit named Bigpaw, who will be Bigstep. He’s my bf’s character and he’s the epitome of a himbo i care him so much. They’re really close, and Bigpaw always makes sure to cheer him up when he’s feeling down, while Softpaw makes sure he doesn’t do anything too dumb

Basically i am just obsessed with her and Bigpaw I’m literally making a playlist for them HKLHDHKJSD

Day 20, Troutkit, Pearlkit and, Reefkit!

Trout, Pearl and Reef are the children of Sunsetblaze. Younger siblings of Currentstorm, nieces & nephew of Salmonsplash, Grandkittens of Turtle.

Troutkit is light brown, pinkish-red dappled tom with green eyes.

Pearlkit is a primarily white dilute calico molly with pale blue eyes, she is partially deaf.

Reefkit is red bicolor tabby molly with orange eyes.

Currently the only kittens in Isleclan and approaching their 4th moon, the three are being collectively raised and taught by their elder clanmates.

Troutkit is shy and seems to be developing an anxiety disorder due to his mother's early return to her warrior duties, although Sunsetblaze still takes time to watch over and care for her youngest children, even going as far as explaining why she doing this, the young tom can't help but think it was something he did to make her leave. He is very jumpy and can't seem to stay calm for very long, the medicine cat Shellpool often let's the young kitten help her organize her herb stores, it seems to calm him down.

Pearlkit is the youngest of litter and due to her partial hearing is babied by the clan. She has a very carefree attitude, often daydreaming when she shouldn't be. She also has very slow, soft and jumbled speech patterns, often mispronouncing words. Currentstorm and her uncle Salmonsplash have been teaching her bits of sign and working on her words, making them more coherent and easier to hear for herself and others. Pearlkit also like to collect shells and shiny things from the ocean and it's become a bonding experience with her older sister Currentstorm.

Reefkit is the eldest and rowdiest of Sunsetblaze's kits. The most excited about learning about her clan and their short but gruesome history, she is always following the leader and deputy as much as possible. Admittedly she is Whirlstar's least favorite. Reefkit has a tendency to be very rough with her siblings and might be a contribution to her brother's anxiety, as she can't seem to understand why her brother often refuses to play with her. She hopes that, even though it's against the rules, that her older sister will be her mentor when she becomes an apprentice.

Camp for isleclan! It’s a bit more heavily covered certain times of year but flooding can mess with that sometimes...their main camp is in the island, and they can take hopping stones to get to shore where the other chunk of their territory is butted up against marshclan. They’re swimmers and divers! 

The entrance is through carefully padded down/woven reeds, the leader lives under the slab stone and makes announcements on top of it, the med can works in a hollowed out tree with two levels and the dens are scattered elsewhere with a prey pile in the middle.

I drew more clangen cats (bc I'm insane). These ones are from a different clan, IsleClan. I haven't finished drawing them all yet.

Meet Rushfern, one of the most valuable members of Loneclan. He's not a warrior anymore, and instead is a permanent queen, which is important to a clan known for taking in strays.

Rushfern is a charcoal-colored cat who's ruffled fur is covered in rosettes, and only has a stub of a tail. He's 28 moons old, and has been in the clan since he was a kit.

Rushfern struggles with paranoia, suspicious of just about every cat around him, to the point where he finds it hard to trust his own clan. This wasn't really a problem before, because he still cared for kits just as well, but once he took in Wolfkit, a small, sickly ginger kit, he needed someone to help care for her.

Instead of going to one of Loneclan's medicine cats, he decided to go see his brother Batfluff, Isleclan's medicine cat, much to the exasparation of both Scorchstar and Owlstar. Neither of them do anything about it though. He's well enough liked by both clans, and has proved himself invaluable to Loneclan time and time again.

Rushfern has raised 4 different kits so far, not including Wolfkit.
