This chapter (129) released in late 2023, before the Dandadan anime. SxF Season 1 aired in 2020-ish. Season 2 aired in 2022/2023-ish.
Dandadan Season 1 aired in late 2024.
Chapter 1 released in early 2021.
So it's completely plausible that the DDD Mangaka is a SxF fan and wanted to say so here
