So do I. I'm also not fond of "tats" or piercings, and I hate how people don't understand why businesses are so against them. Having been in band, I actually understand. In band, you're not a person, you're part of a group. You have no individuality because what matters is the sound you produce. In the metaphor I'm getting at, what matters is not the work you as a person do, you've no individuality. What matters is how you reflect on the company. That's why people who don't really work for companies, or their job relies on their individuality (such as doctors or lawyers) are more apt to hire someone with "tats" and piercings than than they would at, say, a department store, where your work reflects on the company you work for. if you can't tell I really hate the term 'tats'.

Smoking and drinking ruin your voice, your health, your appearance... it's just gross.

But hey, I have a lot of really unpopular opinions.
