Had a bad, weird, and unideal experience at the mental health clinic yesterday, and I need to vent.

I'm pretty overweight. I get weighed there periodically and I allow it because I understand they want to make sure I don't have any significant changes in weight from the medication. I do monitor my weight at home, but whatever. I had lost a fairly significant amount this time (on purpose).

The nurse just goes "oh good." OH GOOD? I thought we were concerned with major changes and that was the whole point of this? She didn't ask me if I'd done it on purpose or anything, just "oh good." What's the point of the monitoring then???

And then she gave me a lecture on diet and exercise? Like...my weight went in the direction you wanted, why??? And it's down in my file that I work a manual labor job, so...why? I do not get it, and the clinic and I will be having Words, let me tell you what.

I hate USPS so much lmao we use Chewy and every single month, FedEx makes sure my order arrives on time and is put on my porch under the roof and away from the weather but then there’s USPS. My stuff is usually late and is usually by my garage, outside, unprotected from the weather like today. My cat food was delivered away from the rain thanks to FedEx but my SPEAKERS AND POWER STRIP were left soaking in the rain from USPS.
