I'm not smiling my hair is completely wet, my face is red, my shirt is soaked as are my workout capris, I smell rank & I'm panting. This is how I look after a 15 minute treadmill hill work out, and 3 sets of 15 deadlifts (32 pounds), lat pull downs ( 23.5 pounds each arm) Russian twists with 10 pound medicine ball, step ups with 8 pound weights, incline push ups. I also did 3 sets of 8 burpees, 30 second planks, and 12 Russian twists with a 10 pound medicine ball. And no I did not have a trainer yelling at me or encouraging me. I did it by myself though initially I told myself I would only do half the workout but I'm determined to change this body.
