Flags for being ItMtF (intersex-to-male-to-female) and ItFtM (intersex-to-female-to-male)!
The first and third flags are in the beyond-mogai-pride-flags style (since you mentioned FtMtF/MtFtM flags and I couldn't find any others), while the second & fourth are my own take. The stripe meanings for those are: intersex identity, transitioning, being ItM/ItF (at some point), being male/female (at some point), being MtF/FtM, & being female/male at the "end."
A flag with 13 stripes going purple, a three stripe gradient from light yellow to dark, a five stripe gradient from light baby blue to dark to light, a three stripe gradient from dark pink to light, then dark baby blue.
A flag with six stripes. The colors are yellow, white, purplish blue, navy blue, dark pink, and light cold pink.
