I am really really conscious of what I do and say in front of others  and what they think of me even with my friends but I am trying to fix that and just be myself more often.

How does anxiety feels like? It feels like time is going by so fast and you are trying so hard to keep up but you just can't. Like, you are just begging for time to slow down and let you breathe but it just keeps on going and you are drowning. And you are trying to keep positive then something happens and you feel like everything you built brick by brick is now crumbling down and you can't do anything about it because you are tied by your own thoughts to the place where you thought you were safe and then you realize how wrong you were and that it was dark, and gloomy, you were alone, afraid, taken hostage in this place where all your fears are in one room; in your own mind.

You know, in all honesty it's hard being a Philly sports fan.  I really do love the Flyers to death but sometimes it's rough and you want to wring their necks.  At the same time though you just want to hold them because as bad as you feel they feel worse.  So fuck the fair-weather fans, I love the Flyers.
