I think I'm going away at the end of the month and won't be back until mid June some time. It's a good thing because it's so hard to get work right now the way the shipping industry is and the company has a good reputation. I'll see some pretty cool places too. I can't even begin to think about leaving Lauren for that long though. I can't even process it in my head so I'm just trying not to think about it. I want to leave with us both thinking positively and looking forward to things we're doing independently. Then when I come home we can go on a holiday with hunners a sun and water sports and seafood and beer and I'll probably have a head start on the tan because I'll be sailing around central America and the med. Maybe I'll braid my hair. Maybe I'll get a henna tattoo. Maybe me and Lauren will get really fat on holiday and I'll fail my medical and get pied by the merchant navy.
