Soft-space author post
Coming on here to say, it's okay to be different.
It's okay to be scared to have a caregiver, or to be scared of what having a tiny space may entail for you. It's okay to be worried you may be to much (although your not and never will be, someone will love you the way that you are). It's okay to need love. It's okay to struggle. It's okay to need help. It's okay to not want a caregiver after bad experiences. It's okay to need time to get in touch with your little space after bad times or to many invoulintarily regressions. It's okay to ask your caregiver for a bit of time to find your safe place in your mind. It's okay to be overwhelmed. It's okay to not understand what's going on, or not understand why you feel this way. It's okay to not be pink and rainbows, and it's okay not to be dark and gloomy. Be blue and clouds, be green and rain, be yellow and trees, be orange and the sun, be you.
It's okay that times can be rough, it's okay for life to hit, it's okay to be human. It's okay to be different, and don't let others tell you otherwise.
