Great Morning everyone! It's Tuesday and if you're reading this CONGRATULATIONS you've been graced with another day! Today my wellness journey takes me to the world of lymphedema therapy. As I understand it, lymphedema therapy aids in managing helping circulation as well as managing pain and swelling. While I'm not experiencing circulation issues the nerve damage in my foot and leg swell a great bit when I'm up and moving around. While the swell may slow me down it does not and will not stop me. Yep it concerns me and I have asked God why me, but in this He will get the glory. Trust me! I'm a determined woman and just like any other battle God puts before me I WIN! #Vunerability In this season of life, I'm learning vunerability is not so much of a bad word as I once thought it to be.
