COLOUR ME HAPPY

ATT-EN-TION!

Mustard! Navy! Red! Fall in line!

Without the need further exclamation marks and capitalisation, I think we can all gather that I’ve brought out the pop colours to play today.  No, it’s not yet time for the neon version of pop colours - that will definitely be a summer theme shortly but here’s the winter-going-on-spring-oh-wait-lets-actually-make-it-freezing-wintery-Melbourne-like-cold-then-oh-wait-its-warm-again version as starters. 

Yes, us Sydney-siders have been dealing with some temperamental weather recently; I guess as they say, the weatherman/woman will always get the weather correct, but perhaps just not the day correct. 

I’ve gone with red checked shorts so that I can bring out the red in the shoes and bag - adds a bit of playfulness to the more classic buttoned white shirt and jumper combo.

It’s all about playing around with colour combos - and much of the time, those opposite each other on the colour spectrum are the best ones to look out for: blue and orange, red-purple and yellow-green, maroon and teal, are some examples.

Try out your complementary colour combo today! Come on, I dare ya!
