Warmup: 15 treadmill jog, 5.0 - 6.5 mph, 1.0 incline
Workout: see image above. I used the following weights per move doing the higher noted number of reps:
I. 30lbs ( I did hip thrusts instead) II. 40lbs (I used 2 20lb dumbbells. My gym doesn't have a 40lb barbell 🙄) III. 60lbs IV. 110, 115, 120 Cool down: 5 min stair master levels 5-7 (I had to go get ready for work)
Sept. 18
I've realized it's not realistic of me to think I'll get to the gym like I want to when I'm literally exhausted after work. Instead, I'm going to focus on incorporating fitness into my life wherever possible. The way I see it, it's more helpful to be consistent versus going to the gym once a week.
This was today's at-home workout:
2 mile run @ 9:44/mi avg.
2x30 sec forward plank
1x30 sec left side plank
1x30 sec right side plank
1x30 reverse plank
10 push-ups
10 dips
10 squats
Core Strength workout from Asana Rebel app
Hopefully I can keep this up. Wish me luck guys!
We workin' 💪🏾
