Why I think taiyang is not the father (with pictures)

so, this post will cover why i think taiyang might not be Ruby's father, and who I think it might be instead.
Starting off with the biology side of things, lets look at eye color.
from what i have been able to find out, eye color works in two different ways in RWBY
the first way it works is very similar to how it works in our universe, with dominant and recessive genes determining eye color. this can be seen in the case of ren from team jn_r
Ren and his mother have pink eyes, while his father is shown to have yellow/gold eyes. this proves that eye color can be transferred down in the way we commonly see it.
the second way it can be traced, is by the combination of what is assumed to be two recessive colors, think of this as similar to how blood types work, if two people come to gether and have a child, the eye color will be the mix of the two.
my example of this is tiyang and raven.
im sure we all know that yang has purple eyes.
however, neither of her parents have purple eyes.
raven has red eyes.
and Tai has blue eyes.
when combined you get purple.
what this established is that tai, qrow and raven all have eyes that are recessive in nature. but, id be willing to say, that if this works similarly to blood types. blue would be the most common color, making it a slightly more dominant gene than red. this would mean that it has more power in the overall contribution to the eye color than not, this would also explain why yangs eyes are so pale. if this were the case, ruby having silver eyes would be highly unlikely if tai were her father.
the second point i have to make is simple: why would tai bone one of his teammates, have a kid, and then two years later, do the dirty with the other one. While i admit, taiyang is a total dilf and could totally pick up Summer if he wanted two. it doesn't exactly make sense.
he already has a women leave him alone with a daughter, we know that summer was in an incredibly risky job and the likely hood of her dying was near 100%. with how ravens absence left clear wounds on him and yang, it would not make any logical sense for tai to be the father.
so here's what i think instead. Qrow branwen is ruby's father. we know that he was out on missions with summer, they had a lot of alone time together, we now that the man has got game. but we also know that tai, qrow and summer were all very close, so hears what i think happened.
qrow and summer were out on a mission, and ruby was conceived. shortly after the couple figured this out, qrow realized he was not fit to be a father and summer would have been at high risk of death, so he talks with summer and they decide to reach out to there old friend tai, tai of course excepts the plan to say that he is the father and raise ruby so that she is safe and isn't orphaned. this doesn't keep qrow or summer from being involved when they aren't busy, as we know ruby has had a very strong relationship with qrow her entire life.
this is also backed up by the fact we know red eyes are extremely rar, and thus incredibly recessive much like the silver eyes, and with both summer and qrow having dark hair, it increases the likely hood of rwby having dark hair. this with her personality and how she takes after qrw being some of the key factors of her chareicher. causes me to conclude
that taiyang, is not the father.
