Every piercing Gaz has, Dib has too. He's her test dummy, a pin cushion if you will XP

I love Dib with piercings but theres no way he's conscious enough about his appearance to put effort into it.

Any "coolness" he possesses is thanks to Gaz.

I actually have drawn a long haired Dib!! HERE and HERE, from my copy of a copy au. (Which I need to post more word vomit about)

I think Dib having long hair is synonymous with him not taking care of himself/ being more unwell.

Gaz cuts his hair. If its long, he's probably pushing her away/isolating himself.

Here comes the second part of the ending to Oddworld: Dib’s Oddysee, in which Dib’s Good Quarma will finally pay off as Abe, Tak, Sizz-Lorr, and the Mudokons come to his rescue. Of course, it also allowed him to witness one heck of a shocking surprise like no other.

*Fortunately for Dib, already on the thin line between life and death, help is on the way. Within the Monsaic Lines, many have gathered around to chant up a spiritual storm, one more powerful than the one used to destroy RuptureFarms. Thanks to Abe's help, the boy has managed to obtain enough Good Quarma for the Mudokons to save his life. Despite Tak's and Sizz-Lorr's concerns for Dibs safety, Abe simply chanted with a smile knowing what was about to happen.*

*The Massive lingered helplessly in space, leaving it an open target for one serious, spiritual storm building up. Time for an electric barbecue like no other.*

CRACKLE! BOOM! KRRK!

*Just as Zim was about to pull the level to send Dib to his gore-filled demise, the spiritual lightning zapped him and leaders in the most excruciating way possible. Zim and the Tallest screamed in sheer agony and pain as they all got struck, all the while Dib watched in astonishment. Now he truly knew what Abe went through with beating Molluck. With Zim fainting from the shock and the Tallest's suits about to explode off, it was right then and there Dib discovered their deepest, darkest secret.*

BANG! CLANG!

*In front of Dib's eyes were two very small Irkens, standing on a trackball that allowed them movement. This was the biggest humiliation Red & Purple have ever suffered in all their lives. The Almighty Tallest? MORE LIKE THE ALMIGHTY SMALLEST! They lied, tricked, and cheated their way with getting to the top, remaining in absolute power for their lazy and selfish desires, but thanks to Dib and his friends, they've finally fell back down to rock bottom...and then some!*

Dib: Ohhhh yuck!

*As the humiliated Tallest toppled off their trackball and fainted, Abe appeared from a bird portal, rescuing Dib from imprisonment. The human boy felt an immense sense of relief seeing his stitch-lipped ally, thankful that their plan genuinely worked.*

Dib: Abe! You saved me!

Abe: Just returning the favor, Dib. Now c'mon! Let's get out of here before this ship really goes out with a bang! Tak's been worried sick!

*Freeing Dib of his cuffs and returning his coat, the two of them made a break for it and used the bird portal to escape the Massive before it exploded. Though, as they were escaping, they weren’t aware of a tall figure finding the three unconscious Irkens, with a looney robot, a floating moose, and a hat-wearing Slig accompanying him. But we can worry about that another time.*
