this is a no brainer but it’s good to have the original series fresh in you’re mind before watching the movie.

In 2015 Oni Press released a Invader Zim comic and it’s AWESOME! Seriously this comic is so good, it’s a continuation of the original series and every issue is just like one of the episodes…. But as a comic. So far there are 18 issues so it won’t take that long to read the comic.
SUPPORT INVADER ZIM: THE DOOM MOVIE
Long before the official Invader Zim movie was even a thing, a dedicated fan known as Stanley Orr started work on a Invader Zim fan film, and with the work Stanley and his team has shown so far it looks great! Even with the recent news of the official Invader Zim move, the team is still going forward with the project, it just shows the amount of dedication they have.

I feel I owe it to you to remind you that I'm not dead, but - again - real life stuff takes precedence, and - as such - I haven't been able to work on iZ:tDm! since 2022.
This is likely not to change until sometime in 2025 or 2026. I'm sorry. I wish it wasn't the case, but that's how things work out. Job, moving, personal concerns, etc.
Anyhow, just felt like giving anyone who still is interested a heads-up.
