Crown & Hops + J. Wakefield Brewing The Glow Up Hazy Double IPA (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 4 of 4. Yep, this is great. An immense amount of citrus, tropical fruit, and stone fruit packed into the hop nose on this, and the body follows through with a ton, too. Quite creamy/thick and a lot of juicy sweetness up front that manages to get balanced by a pretty firm bitterness in the finish, as you’d expect. Simply great.

Man, you all love reading about the new J. Wakefield Brewing. By a lot. Well, here you go. And this one’s a pretty good one, too.
I was under the impression that it was going to be difficult to get my hand on some of their beers. But, to be honest, there are a lot of places to get a variety of their brews. And the latest of their beers I was able to try was The Harbinger (Sweet Stout, 9.5% ABV).
