This is so funny to me. Harry Potter was Undesirable no. 1 because of propaganda. Harry was right the whole time about Voldemort. He was Undesirable no. 1 because the government accused him of being involved in Dumbledore’s murder. J.K. Rowling is now Undesirable no. 1 because people are accusing her of being responsible for the deaths of trans people and for perpetuating hate. Of course, she has done neither of those things.

All J.K. Rowling did was speak the truth. All Harry Potter did was speak the truth. 

No one wanted to listen to Harry and no one wants to listen to J.K. Rowling. No one believed Harry and no one wants to believe J.K. Rowling.

Harry Potter was blamed and shunned by his classmates/the Dursleys/the wizarding world-at-large several times throughout the books. Now J.K. Rowling is being shunned by what appears to be (I don’t actually believe those claiming to hate her are being honest, it’s just safer to be on the bandwagon) the majority of the people who enjoy her work. 

Happy Birthday J.K. Rowling and Harry Potter. You both stand up for what you know is right in the face of tremendous backlash. Such a brave character and such a brave woman.

Looking back and reading old memories that still give me the thrill of the past is something I always enjoyed doing. Particularly when it involves you. At 5:40am I finished reading old exchanges from our past younger selves, this possibly makes me look strange or maybe I’m just a person that loves to feel the thrill of the past when it comes to you. Is it bad? Possibly… but for now I see it as something that once brought joy into my life. It was you. You were my thrill, the rush, the butterflies within my body. Only you will bring those feelings within me. While something almost could have been which in part was my fault it was much as yours as well. Maybe fate had something else planned for you and I but at least I was able to get a taste of it even though it was bittersweet.
