🌈 - What were their first impressions of each other? 

Iris - When Iris first met Jacqui, Jacqui was being attacked, so her natural instinct was to save her and protect her.

Jacqui - As Iris had just have her, Jacqui was somewhat grateful that she was around.

Both of them are pretty affectionate, but Iris is slightly more affectionate.

❄️ - Who worries about the other the most? 

They both worry about each other, Jacqui because she knows that Iris is an Elder Goddess and knows that she has duties. Iris worries about Jacqui because she already seen her get attacked once and doesn't want something like that to happen again. I would say that Iris worries about Jacqui the most though.
