I have nyctophobia so I feel bad for who ever sleeps with me because this bitch ain’t turning off any of the lights or turning of the radio. It also helps with the nightmares and sleep paralysis.

I've never met an angel that wasnt a black woman to be honest. Every time I've ended up in the hospital it's always the black women who would treat me like a human and not some psychotic freak. They always had the best humor and just all around made me feel loved. Like once before I left the mental hospital the nurse i had once came up to me so excited telling me i looked so alive again.

I've gotten a medical bracelet for my schizoaffective bipolar given at times I've ran away and over things. Though the down side is that the band is to big (got smallest size) and it doesnt stay up.
