How did a white rabbit become like the archetypical rabbit? You don't see white rabbits outside of arctic environments really, outside of the pet trade I think.
Does it actually originate with Alice in Wonderland? I know white animals were really popular as pets during that era (that's when the white rat was popularized for example).

yeah... for HSWC for instance i've tried making it the fifth tag (which is my typical solution for "i want to tag this but i don't want it to show up in the tag"), but i then went into the HSWC tag and saw it there. then i switched and did the thing where you "break" the tag by putting a dash or slash after the word... still there. i even made a post about wanting to write Aradia<>Kanaya and then saying in the tags "but i still have another fic to finish before HSWC starts" and THAT showed up in the tag as well wtf???
so apparently there's no way to tag something in order for people to blacklist it without it showing up in the freaking tag.
