So I’ve been going through backups of my old phone pictures for the past half hour or so and I stumbled upon these gems I don’t believe I’ve posted? If I have, whoops, but I’m enjoying these pictures (and avoiding another existential crisis). I took these while setting up the LEPacy arc with Jacob last year. Some are funnier than the others I admit (like that last one for instance).

So here’s a little video as an “extra” from when I still had ambitious Newton LEPacy plans! This is when I killed off Jacob in the LEPacy save proper. The story would’ve went like this: it was the same as presented in Gen 5, but Jacob would have undergone more tests under Cathy’s supervision in Sunset Valley (as she was meant to meddle with the Newton universe as well). In this scenario, she would have knowingly given Jacob hemlock, much to the outrage of the Reddings. Of course being a sentient pixel with the power to warp the game, she would have deleted their memories and Jacob as well. A bit more darker than what was officially aired, but was scrapped due to wanting to wind down on simblr for a bit.

Oh, and if you heard me say something in the video, you’re not wrong. It’ll be under a cut to prevent some spoilers.

I said “Chance” lmao. Since the LEPacy was only at Generations at the time this was filmed, I had to use something else for a death by poison instead of the jellybean one. The replacement was Mummy’s Curse, which is what Chance Danevbie is in Gen 6. Like founder like great, great, great grandson, huh? (I think I got the number of greats right).

However seeing Nadine age up... it conjured up some long forgotten memories I had stored away. I went upstairs to find where I kept that mysterious man’s letter. Once I dug it out, I remembered the name.

Jacob Danevbie.

He was my last “conquest” back when I was a promiscuous creature of the night. I’m glad those days are over. But from what I can remember, Jacob was a really sweet guy. That and the drinks we had that night were a bit strong, so despite his nerves I was able to get him into bed...

Oh boy. Nadine’s about that age where I could tell her this, right? In easy to understand terms, however. I reckon she’ll start asking questions, so I’ll nip any suspicions in the bud if I sit her down to talk.

“Well you can forget it!” I pointed a shaky finger at her. “I really, really wish I didn’t have to say this but you can forget ever doing anything like that to me because I am not going through with it!” There was silence and then Kay let out a long moan, sliding to the floor. Jay just continued staring at me and I wondered why she wasn’t getting mad. “I’m not going through with it,” I said, less defiant. “I can back out of it, right?” I asked, realizing I should have looked a little closer at the contract. “If I can’t, I will get a lawyer! I don’t care if I never see you again–“ “Calm down,” Jay said and then she smiled. “It doesn’t matter now.” “What doesn’t matter?” She clapped her hands together, smiling even more. “The contract did not mention ambrosia, it just said basically we can do this to you when it is convenient for us.” “And… and when is c-convenient for you?” I gulped.

“Congratulations, Mr. Danevbie,” Jay said, sounding way more cheerful than usual. “You’re pregnant!”

God I’m laughing so hard I forgot how freaking nutso First Gen Jay really was ahahaahahahaha

“I totally 100% lied to you, lied about the contract you signed, and you’ve already undergone the experimentation! Congrats!” while Kay is in the background all upset.

Happy six years everyone! It's been 6 years since I posted Jacob's prologue on wordpress! :O! can you believe it? Thank you everyone who has stuck around all these years, and welcome to everyone who has joined in the Danevbies recently!

Y'all are so amazing and I am so grateful and thankful to have been able to do this. It's been a wonderful journey and I am so excited to see what happens next!

I feel like how I am approaching the situation is more of how Kay would get a puppy (all the lists, research, etc) while Jacob would just come home one day with a puppy like “Look what we got!”

2 = Thoughts on tattoos, piercings?

For himself, he wouldn’t get anything too big or wild. In Dannings he will be getting a tattoo at some point soon. If he got any piercings he’d prefer to wear small studs, nothing too flashy. But in other people he doesn’t mind them too much.

5 = How do they act when they are sick?

If it’s not too bad he essentially tries to ignore the fact he’s sick. He would prefer to troop on. Like in Dannings when he was forced to stay in bed and he kept trying to get up and do things--he doesn’t like to be bedridden. So he can be very difficult when ill!

37 = Favourite transportation?

He prefers small cars. He doesn’t like big vehicles. Though wouldn’t mind a van or station wagon for if he has lots of kids. It’s more of the big trucks or big flashy cars.  He likes to walk and bicycle but you can’t really do the grocery shopping for a family like that! :P
