I know we all love Sebastian...but can we just appreciate the voice actor for Ominis Gaunt for a few moments? The fact that they were able to give us a character who has a voice that breaks and cracks with emotion at significant events was just perfect. At times, the words themselves were insignificant because you could feel that emotion coming straight from the tone of the voice. It's pure art. So thank you, Jacob Edwards, for your amazing performance.

Song Review: Son Volt - “Back Against the Wall”
If Neil Young and Bruce Springsteen ever decide to record together, they might come up with something similar to Son Volt’s “Back Against the Wall.”
With stabbing, atonal electric lead guitar obviously inspired by “Powderfinger” and big-picture lyrics about the human condition that wouldn’t sound out of place on Nebraska, the lead single from the band’s upcoming eighth album, Notes of Blue, wears its inspirations loudly and proudly.
No time to be wayward/no time to be unwound/with darkness at your doorstep, keep your feet on the ground/there will be times of injustice/times when there’s more lost than found/down times mixed with days of wonder/a real-life, spinning merry-go-round, Jay Farrar sings in his best Springsteen, before a faux Young appears on the solo that follows.
Like most things under the sun, and with its melody lifted from Todd Snider’s “A Lot More,” “Back Against the Wall” has nothing new to offer and listeners come away feeling like they’ve heard this song before in different times and places. But there are only so many chords and so many melodies to work with and Son Volt get credit for recycling wisely.
Notes of Blue, the band’s first album in three years, is due Feb. 17.

4. How many fic ideas are you nurturing right now? Care to share one of them?
HA HA FAR TOO MANY..... No, seriously, I've got 6 Homestuck ones (that I haven't started, there's a few I've posted on AO3) which probably won't go anywhere, about 7 MSA-related ones from the au I've kinda given up on, 4 various stories for friends, 8 or 9 different TPoH-related ones, 1 special and annoying story (romance is haarrrrdd...), and at least 3 different original stories that I'm serious about. I've probably missed several hundred here or there.
As for sharing? Well, there's the book that I'm kinda planning on writing over the course of the next year or so, the working title is '43 Rules to rule the World'. It's basically about this evil genius named Jacob Edwards and how he's trying to take over the Earth. Think Bond-villain, but smart, doesn't like monologues and is asexual/aromantic. I would love to go into more detail, but I've already blabbed long enough.
5. Share one of your strengths.
Ideas and ideation in general, as you can see from my previous answer. I adore getting prompts because it means I know at least one person will love what I write, but coming up with ideas and such is something I never struggle with.
13. What’s the best writing advice you’ve ever come across?
Write.
That's all there really is to it. You can never improve something if you don't practice, can never produce anything you don't do. You can write to get your words out, or because you love it, or because you want to show people, or anything; but to do that you have to write first. Write lots and write often and that's all there really is to say on the matter.
Although I find carrying a notebook and pen with you at all times is quite helpful too.
36. Which is your favorite site to post fic?
At this point? Tumblr, definitely. Although I'm quite partial to AO3 for longer fics (I love the tagging system) I find tumblr the best because I see the people who read it, I know them too. I get to see the wonderous and hilarious tags people leave on my work, and every like and reblog is one more reminder that I am actually good at something after all. Kudos and hits don't quite do the same thing, and not many people leave comments these days.

Howard's least favourite episode starts badly for him, then gets worse for him. Gazz enjoys it though, as does guest Jacob Edwards (Live at the Electric, The IT Crowd, 10 O'Clock Live).
We get the return of Space Chat when NASA bombs the moon, Leonardo Da Vinci is a bloody show off, everyone has a system for choosing the best public toilet (featuring Patrick of The Broad Gallery), Howard proposes a Cheeseburger Eating Contest with #FatFucks and Gazz loses a tooth for a truly ridiculous reason.

Working with Elche CF and UKLC was the first opportunity I have had to work with a professional football club. When I was told about this opportunity, it sounded too good to be true, especially for it to be what it was, however after the 2 weeks I spent in Spain, it was everything I had hoped it would be. As an aspiring professional coach, UKLC gave me an opportunity that I doubt any other company could offer. I was able to learn from the club, coaches, players and even from my coaching peers over the 2 weeks and it turned out to be an invaluable experience, whilst also interacting with the locals. I would strongly recommend this to anyone, not just to benefit your coaching knowledge but to see how a football club conducts itself on a day-to-day basis. To top it off, I was also able to coach a youth academy team and watch them play, it’s a different culture to the one I am used to in England, but again it’s an important learning curve for any coach. I would like to thank Adam & Jack for their assistance throughout the 2 weeks, they helped make it a fun & enjoyable experience with plenty to do throughout the stay. Jacob Edwards
