Antares, Castor, Neptune, Andromeda

Antares- if you could draw your thoughts on a page, what would it look like?

That's actually a really good question hm... I think it would look really jumbled up and with a lot of colors, maybe speckled with like some black in there too. My thoughts tend to like wander a LOT, so they'd probably look like some weird abstract art!

Castor- Would you rather live a life full of things that make you feel good even if they're bad for you, or a healthy life centered around treating your body like a sacred temple and watching your health as closely as possible? Or do you not care either way?

Honestly, I'd rather both. The way I think of it is that if you're so focused on keeping strictly healthy, you aren't going to be able to experience new things or really enjoy yourself. On the flip side, if you're strictly doing whatever the hell you want, then you also end up neglecting some important things yknow? I think I'd rather watch myself, but take enough breaks that I still have fun doing what I want to do. c:

Neptune- When do you feel truly at peace?

There's like 2 times I've honestly felt completely peaceful that I can remember. One was when I was on the roof to help my mom put up Christmas lights and I got a moment to just look out at the view, and the other was during a solo hike through the woods at Outdoor School in 6th grade. idk it's kinda weird but walking on that trail on my own kinda rejuvenated me.

Andromeda- Do you like having your worldview or opinions challenged or questioned?

Oh definitely, but mostly when it's with logical arguments and stuff. If there's someone who is just stating that something is the way it is because they said so, like bruh what no. The way to learn and grow is by having your worldview and opinions challenged I think!!

Oh yeah it was pretty obvious that Dave had a crush on Jade early on. He was always trying to act especially cool for her, I'm sure in order to impress her. And then when they actually met for the first time, I can imagine all of his need to try too hard melting away. He instantly became so comfortable around her that he no longer felt like he needed to impress her, he just needed to be himself. Jade picked up on that pretty quickly and was able to learn more about Dave than he had ever (cont)

let her learn before. Like I can see the two of them taking a break from looking for frogs and just leaning against a tree and talking. Jade would ask a question about Dave’s home life and all of sudden everything would just erupt from Dave. He would tell her everything and ramble like he does while Jade listens contently. Jade hasn’t really ever been able to converse with others face-to-face so she’s happy just to watch Dave’s lips move and absorb everything he’s saying. (cont)

ahhh yes!!

i like the idea of them having a heart to heart about stuff. i could see him going in telling himself that hes going to maintain his cool facade and impress her when they meet up face to face but he sees her and hes. stunned. almost silenced for a brief moment. shes in her beautiful dress with her trustworthy air around her and its amazing to see her irl. he either feels so easy around her he can tell her his more personal life aspects, or hes so concerned about making a good impression he doesnt want to yet. maybe he was planning to open up to her before bec swooped in, or he at least came close but changed the subject quickly. either way, hes definitely confident enough to be more openly goofy, since jade can read him better.

and yeah, daves like the first human jade has seen in the flesh since she was a baby (unless you count her dream stuff?? i cant remember if she met john first also, i dont think so) so of course shes also amazed. shes engaged in all he does, every stupid little comment, she listens, hearing his voice for the first time not over a recorded message or something. she likely convinces him to have a bit of fun and she loves seeing him happy and to see him smile makes her feel wonderful, to be able to see hints of the honest dave, right in front of her. to be able to bring that out in him. id love to know exactly what happened while they were hunting and everything in between.

Okay well we both like a lot of the same homestuck ships (Kanaya/Rose, Dave/Jade, Calliope/Roxy, etc) and we both like whiterose so any of those! We could talk about who takes different roles in the different relationships or, like, how we think they would meet if everything was normal; no game/no academy.

Oh man I’m going to gush for a second about a humanstuck au I thought of once

Okay so I’m a huge sucker for any au involving the two video chatting so one day I thought of this:

Rose and Kanaya actually met when they were really young, like in Kindergarten. At the time, Kanaya had just moved with her family all the way from a place in Britain for probably job related reasons. Obviously, she knows no one as she’s introduced to the class and Rose is put in charge of making sure she’s settled in right. Being nervous, it didn’t take long for Kanaya to begin rambling, but Rose cut her off and made a promise to tell her whenever she rambled again. With that, their friendship began. Unfortunately, come time for middle school, the girls had to go to different schools, and they lost contact for the time being.

It wasn’t until high school that they met again. Rose was sitting in her first period class when attendance began per usual on the first day of school, when Kanaya’s name caught her attention. She quickly turned around and, when she saw Kanaya smiling at her, smiled and knew that they remembered each other perfectly. Kanaya’s voice still had a slight accent that Rose would later admit to loving

Their bond was almost instantly rekindled and they were near inseparable. They would text, video chat, have sleepovers, just anything to keep in contact this time just in case something happened and they were separated again.

Of course this caught some of their friends attentions, as well as unfriendly others who would be shot down by the Knightly Duo of Karkat and Dave as they defended their family before Kanaya or Rose even knew what was happening.

(Side DaveJade note: Jade was a girl that Dave and Rose had met in middle school along with her brother, John. Jade was a popular girl because of her friendly attitude and she became friends with Dave after they were paired on a project together. The two spent a lot of time together after that, much to some people’s surprise, but it wasn’t until Sophomore year of high school that they started dating.)

Both Kanaya and Rose knew that the feelings they held for each other weren’t exactly feelings of friendship, but neither really had the guts to say anything. Kanaya, however, did briefly date Vriska, which ended on a bad note and was the spark for a rivalry between Vriska and Rose I’m RoseVris shipping trash sorry

Anyway, college rolls around and the girls miraculously found a college that offered what they both wanted. They both got in fairly easily as well. They lived in the same hallway and, since Kanaya’s roommate was commonly out with friends, the two hung out there a lot when they weren’t working on different assignments or projects that required complete focus or somethin.

A week or so into classes, they were shoulder to shoulder when Kanaya started rambling again.

"You really haven’t changed a bit, Kan." Rose said with a chuckle.

"What? Oh dammit. I really need to stop that." Kanaya replied, rubbing the back of her neck. "It’s not exactly a great habit to have."

"In all the years we’ve known each other, have I ever had a complaint to your rambles?"

"No?"

"Exactly. It isn’t really that bad at all. Besides, it’s actually kinda cute."

Kanaya saw the flush across Rose’s cheeks and felt her own before she roughly kissed Rose, who happily returned the kiss and bing bang boom Rosemary.

Oh, and Kanaya’s roommate is none other than Roxy~

Oh okay! Well I would love to hear it :) but anyway yeah I would really like more episodes on JNPR! More specifically Ren because there hasn't been much info on him and he kinda seems like a mysterious character haha.

So like so far, we’ve only figured out a bit of it but basically they were pretty different their first year(s) as opposed to now. They used to be together as Team OGCR (Ochre). They had been really close. Ozpin had been a lot more like what we’ve seen so far of Velvet- bashful, nervous, and quiet- and he looked up to Roman. Roman was like the Pyrrha to his Jaune. Glynda and Cinder’s relationship had been fairly similar too. They had been kinda like Homura and Madoka. Back then, Glynda’s hair had been longer, more in her eyes. Then one day, Cinder convinced her to let her style her hair into one more like the one she has now. (“Your eyes are much too beautiful to be hidden.” -Cinder)

Both Glynda and Ozpin were way more awkward than they are now, almost to the point of being disasters. Disasters, but Cinder and Roman’s disasters.

However, Cinder and Roman got involved with some bad people. The White Fang to be exact. They didn’t even mean to, but it was already too late. The now former head of the White Fang had taken them in by force and change within the White Fang was already beginning, evident only to the higher ups. The head trained them in a way, started making them into who they are now.

Naturally, Ozpin and Glynda noticed the change in their best friends, but before they could question either of them, graduation day was upon them. They all graduated, and Cinder and Roman just… Disappeared. They went underground as Cinder over threw the old head of the White Fang, deciding to finish what they started… but “better”

She had given Roman a chance to leave, but he stayed. She was all that was left for him in the world now. They had just abandoned their former partners and there was no going back now. If things went to hell, he’d go to hell with her. Even now, when he doesn’t know whether Cinder would even hesitate to burn him to ashes anymore.

As for Glynda and Ozpin, well, they eventually went onto the jobs they have now. They stuck together and take care of each other. Ozpin still has to sometimes direct Glynda to her own bed after she falls asleep working at her desk (yet again). She still has dreams of the times when the four of them were happy, and for a second when she wakes up, she just looks so young again…

oh man I know right. At the very least, I hope they go into like his personality and quirks more. At this point, he’s almost just like there I guess. I also really want to know about his and Nora’s past as friends. They’re so different and yet they clearly were friends before attending Beacon.

Ooo that would be really cool! Maybe they went to school together haha. And like that episode where the storyline mainly focused on Jaune and we got to see more of his personality, it would be great if the new season gave whole episodes to more characters to explore them. I'm really interested in learning more about Penny because she seemed to have left so abruptly. And uh...tell me what?

Yeah maybe they could have even been on the same team angst ahoy!

Honestly, that was my favorite episode so I really hope they do that with others. It would be sooo cool. I also think some more episodes focused more on Team JNPR would be cool too. I really like the two team’s relationships with each other.

She really did disappear just as abruptly as she appeared haha this season would just be great to divulge more into not only plot but each character like yes plz

oh sorry it’s just my friend and I made a theory about Cinder and their back story together so I was basically just like trying to ask her if it was developed enough to share with others! ^^;
