This is a Platinum #3776 ReCelluloid Green celluloid cartridge / converter fountain pen from the 1990s. This 5 1/2 inch long pen has a jade green celluloid cap, barrel and nib section. This celluloid is used on the current #3776 Jade Green. Platinum creates the body components from sheet celluloid which is then dried in house. The #3776 series, named for the height in meters of Mt. Fuji, the highest peak in Japan, is the longest running line for the company, being continuously modified and improved, and is still in production today. The gold nib is stamped #3776 over the Platinum logo over 18K. The clip and trim are gold plated.
