Hi I just had surgery but am good. Cyst is gone, freedom at long last

My grandma has a lot of older music boxes she's had for years. We would always get in trouble when we were younger by winding them up waaayyy too much. Despite being much older now I would when I visited always pick one at random to wind up three times as per grandma's rule to keep us from breaking the things. This time that I visited I picked up an older one that had come from my great grandmother Knapp. However before I could even pick it up my grand mother told me it had sadly stopped working years back after she and grandpa moved.

No big deal, I grab one below it to wind up and play then went about the day. Later in the evening as we were watching some evening tv, out of nowhere I start to notice that I am hearing music box music. Confused, I notified my grandma who had her "ears" on [A noise canceling headset that connects to the tv so she can listen without turning up the tv.] Right away my grandma knew it was the old broken one she had up on the shelfs. Sure enough as I approached it the dang thing was playing and slowly moving.
