exactly!! Like- I made the mistake of jumping onto cr1tikal's stream because I recognized his voice and wanted to check if it was him and the comment stream was honestly... sort of a cespool from the 3 seconds I was there. But that's W H Y it's so important for his audience to see someone they trust/look up to openly supporting leftist ideas! Real change comes when you leave your echo chamber even if its uncomfortable! And sorry to ramble I just find the strategy of it So Interesting

yeah!!! agreed!!! and another thing i admire about hasan is his honesty about this strategy, he’s very open about wanting to have more of these topics discussed on twitch and always provides a platform to have activists on his stream, like i have never seen that before?? like when he had the black lives matter organizers on his stream to discuss their process and what they wanted from their representatives ?? with 50k viewers?? like that helped ME understand a lot of things and, i always come out feeling like i actually LEARNED, something, like i’ve learned more about the way the american government works (almost always against us ofc) from 20 min on hasans stream than in my own high school education 😔
