One of the things I love about the Dark Tower is the way the language of Mid-World is done. It’s a language that shares much with ours, but it has such a distinct feel to it; for example, if you’re clever, you’re mighty trig. If you want to know if someone understands you say “ya ken” or “ya kennit”, and don’t even get me started on the regional stuff. No matter what your opinion on King is, he’s has a way with language, and he knows how to make a world believable.

I'm not completely satisfied with the work, but it doesn't seem so bad after a long break.

A little explanation: Blaine is AI. Eddie compared his voice to fleshy fingers that penetrate inside the mind. I wanted to portray as if the hands "from outside" were holding Ka-Tet members. and arms have a different strange number of fingers precisely because Blaine is an AI. that is, he didn't seem to have any problems with making fingers out of ice, but those were Roland's fingers, whom he had seen and scanned in person, but here he generated his fingers himself. from his "consciousness". Anyway, it's just a kind of metaphor, Blaine didn't hold anyone by the shoulders, you know that :3
