Emmerdale things: Being held hostage by your psycho spouse (who you don't really love) in a place that's ugly af.
James Barton
November 1, 1890 – February 19, 1962
☆ American vaudevillian, stage performer, and a character actor in films and television. Barton began performing in minstrel shows and burlesque houses throughout the country in 1898. His films began in the silent years (1923) and his experience working with African American performers led to his becoming one of the first jazz dancers in America.
While appearing on Broadway, Barton also achieved the highest pinnacle of status in vaudeville, headlining at the Palace Theater on Broadway not once but eight times, from March 1928 through April 1932. Bing Crosby considered James Barton to be one of his ten favorite performers of all time.
Just realized ED is copying itself again.
Both James and Aaron were held hostage by their psycho medical romantic partners in a creepy cottage in the countryside.
Both of them were drugged.
Both of them are trying to escape after realizing they are being held hostage by someone unstable.
Both of them are falling from somewhere; thankfully, Aaron survives his fall.
