so i was reading natsby fanfiction the other day right

and i was thinking "holy mischaracterisation dude why are they making jay say 'old sport' in every single sentence"

and today im watching the 2013 movie (saw the 1974 one for the first time yesterday) and now im realising that they actually weren't errors at all and that's just the way he speaks.

every now and then the voices tell him to say "old sport" again
