Robin Hood is OUT!

I’ve already seen someone make a Robin Hood oc. That’s totally okay! Robin Hood doesn’t belong to anyone so this is Mine! I can do what I want, invent whoever.

As always, I’d love RH fanart or edits or whatever, you guys are great at it. And asks ofc.

So excited to do things with my mean boy Robinnnnnn.

what does robin think of his sister cause right know it seems he doesn't care

Robin has a hard time caring about ANYONE, basically except Little John. He certainly doesn’t care about the sister of the identity of himself he left behind. He ‘cares’ in his own special way. They’re always going to be siblings but… with a weird situation keeping them from reconnecting.

This comic takes place after the last, where Lucy nearly beat Robin to death and he quickly revealed his identity to stop her.

You mentioned in your Robin Hood video that he may end up developing feelings for potentially both of his love interests, so I have to ask...

Polyam Robin? Maybe? Potentially? (Need more polyam rep in media imo)

Robin, at least at the beginning of the story, wouldn’t be good rep of ANYONE tbh 😭😭 he’s kinda manipulative.

He’s not the “oblivious” guy where he has no clue who has a crush on him. Oh he KNOWS. He uses it to get closer to his goal/uses it for whatever he really needs. (Not in the awful evil way). Like, he knows Guy Gisbourne has a crush on him, so he can get Guy to well, not-assassinate him. He knows Dr Marian has a crush on him so he always goes to her for medical care.

He never like, leads them on in the way of kisses or dates, just gifts and being his charming old self. He makes sure never to say too much about himself to keep the mystery and allure so neither of them move on from him.

Does he care about them? Well, Marian is his childhood friend (SHE doesn’t know she was: she was childhood friends with the ‘dead’ James Locksley.) Robin knows her well and is kind of comforted that she doesn’t know him but still.. likes him. He thinks, “maybe I’m not so bad if Dr Marian can fall in love with both James Locksley and I.”

He finds Guy interesting and hard to figure out. Guy’s sweet but has a resting ‘don’t care’ face that Robin likes. I guess Robin likes people who are mildly annoyed by him.

Little John is the only person Robin really cares about in a way ‘normal’ people think of caring. LJ took little Robin in after the attack and basically raised teen Robin. LJ isn’t as easily manipulated by Robin because of that— he sees through Robins tactics. Often calls Robin “Young Man” or “Son,” (casually).

Robin actually respects LJ unlike the love interests (he cares for them in his own way but doesn’t ‘respect’ them properly) because Little John TELLS ROBIN OFF. He grew up in a poor English town and so never spoiled Robin like the Locksleys did. LJ has respect for Dr Marian and Guy Gisbourne so he tells Robin off when he leads the two on.

Yknow the meme of “These two characters bonding over their situationship with one other person”? If and when Dr Marian and Guy Gisbourne meet, they DEFINITELY have a lot of healing to do FROM Robin 😭

But since Robin has a character arc later,… maybe!

(For your Robin Hood) this is sort of random but do you have any ideas for like the *closest* Robin has ever got to dying? Times where people got actually sort of close to killing him? Also: in that situation, how did he react? You've mentioned how he's kind of willing to do anything to bring down the crown/achieve his goals, how does he react death actually feels like a possibility? :D

Currently, I beliiieve

When the show starts, Robins nearest-to-death moment would’ve been the explosion in the attack, what caused his hearing loss, burned him etc.

But at some point I believe he’d be attacked by either Guy Gisbourne or Lucy Locksley, and perhaps shot before getting away. He’d be incredibly angry and just try his best to keep his eyes open and do anything to stay alive, find Little John etc.

But in the later show, Lucy definitely gets very very near to killing Robin before he confesses who he is to her just to stop her. He doesn’t care if Lucy has closure on her brothers death. He just needs to live.

Lucy decides to kill Robin with her bare hands and he’s about to pass out from being beaten so he decides dropping his biggest secret is the better than death before his goal was accomplished. Lucy doesn’t get confirmation before he’s out so she just has to call 999 (Britain’s 911) and find out.
