Free from university again! Well, at least for the summer.
All the refs for the Robin Hood video are done!!
I won’t show the refs here but I wanna make sketches!
Robin Hood— no one knows where he came from or how he got the resources he did. He joined John Little or “Little John’s” gang, The Merry Men and made it a giant force to be reckoned with, with members across the UK. (The Merry Men wear a feather somewhere on their outfit) He’s one of Britain’s most wanted, annoys the hell out of Commissioner Nottingham. Robs the rich to feed the poor.
His personality? Very devoted. Too devoted. People don’t know where he’s from or what his background is but he is absolutely dedicated to bringing down the crown. He literally wont die till he does it. Puts himself in any amount of danger. He’s kind, and a sweet person— but sort of unhinged. Always keeps a wide-eyed grin and jokes around unless he can’t.
When he’s serious,, he’s.. serious.
And yeah he’s got a hearing aid!
(This story is vaguely based off the aesthetic of Carmen Sandiego.)
I’ll be answering a buncha asks so if you wanna ask about it,, go ahead! I’m currently focussed on this Robin Hood story!
Robin Hood
Would you rob the rich to give to the poor? That’s the tale of Robin Hood.
This folklore character appears in British folklore, dating all the way back to the 15th century and possibly before, where he is described as a bold outlaw and skilled archer. He lived in greenwood with his band of “Merry Men”, traditionally known as Little John, Will Scarlett (or Scathèlock), Much the Miller's Son, Friar Tuck, and his ladylove, Maid Marian.
Though he is well-known by name, his tradition is both canon and fanon. Though there are 8 novels, 8 movies, 5 TV shows, and 1 comic about or featuring this legendary character, there is no true original story of Robin Hood.

Robin Hood and His Merry Men Entertaining Richard the Lionheart in Sherwood Forest by Daniel Maclise
It is around midnight, and it is a normal enough night in Storybrooke, and all Emma wants is to be at home in bed (preferably with a certain pirate), but she isn't. Right now, Emma is at the Sheriff's station in her office while some of the Merry Men and some of Killian's pirate crew are in the holding cells.
Earlier that evening, the groups had gotten tipsy and started a bar fight, which was the last thing Emma wanted to deal with after a long day.
They had been begging and trying to bribe her to let them out. She had been somewhat tempted when someone offered her some rum, but she hadn't caved.
Finally, tired and exasperated, Emma announced, "Alright, it's midnight, and I can't be bothered to deal with you guys, so I have called your daddies to come pick you up."
"Our daddies?" One of the Merry Men asked.
Just then, two men walked into the station, "You alright, luv? What made you call at such an hour?" Killian asked, Robin Hood, following behind.
"Your brat kids started a bar fight, and I don't want to do the paperwork. So you two can discipline them." Emma said, throwing a set of keys to Robin as she walked out, "I'm going home to sleep. Those are the keys for the cells. Don't forget to lock the station when you leave."
Both Killian and Robin were a bit confused, but when they turned to the holding cells and saw both their crews inside, a disappointed and annoyed look graced both their faces.
"Captain." One of the pirates said, both crews could agree that it really did feel like they were being scoled by their dads.
