Your dad’s been having an affair. We can’t be together anymore. He’s never coming back.
Summary (each bullet a scene):
Jack learns from Betty that his precious Rachel and Joseph went off for a long trip (have a nice day 😁).
Sarah has changed the locks on the farm. Jack has ruined their marriage and it doesn’t matter if Rachel has left the village or not. Billy starts working on the farm.
Sarah brings some of Jack’s stuff to the Glovers and has words for Jan for taking in Jack. Jan is standing by Sarah, really? Jack’s destroyed their marriage and ‘yet everybody seems to be turning their back on me.’ It’s too late even if she does ask Jack to leave.
Sarah telling Jack she’s already taken his stuff to the Glovers. ‘Don’t you think your taking things too far’ (really Jack?). It’s over, accept it. He wants to at least see the kids.
Scene: Billy assures Sarah he can count on him with the work, she’ll still have a bloke about the place (old fashioned mentality there). She has him leave with Andy. Sarah tells Robert about Jack and the affair 😢.
