The view, Edelie had to admit, was impressive.

Alderaan’s mountains had always been pretty, but she found herself struck by the view of the twinkling stars visible high enough up and far enough away from the warring noble estates, peeking through the massive trees that sprouted from the frosty grass. She had long since lost track of how long that she had been gazing up at the late night sky, sprawled on a rolled-out cushioned mat with a thick and fluffy blanket draped over her.

But it still didn’t compare to the sight beside her. Lolling her head against Torian’s shoulder, Edelie glanced up and watched the shadows dancing over the planes of his scarred cheeks and tousled blond hair cast by the nearby flickering fire. His eyes flicked to hers in silent question as she burrowed closer to his side. He radiated warmth, even through the thick knit of his sweater, and she was grateful for the rare moment of not wearing their armor.

“Cold?” he asked, his voice kept low in the otherwise still night but rumbling through his chest beneath her ear.

“A bit.” A breeze rustled the leaves of the nearby trees and wisped through some of her dark hair, tickling the back of her neck. Edelie shivered. “Why did we go camping here again?”

Torian tugged the blanket up higher on both of them and wound his arms around her again. “Your idea, not mine.”

“You could’ve stopped me from making that decision.”

“Don’t think anyone can make you change your mind, cyar’ika.”

Edelie couldn’t argue that point. Her mother used to tell her that she was as stubborn as a bantha, even more difficult to stop from doing whatever her heart desired in the moment. Torian might not have known her for very long now, only a handful of months since he joined her crew through various hunts and whatever it was that they had going between them, but he wasn’t wrong. At least it hadn’t run him off, she supposed.

“Wouldn’t want to, though,” he added, leaning to press his lips to the top of her head. “I like being here with you.”

Warmth spread across her face and down her neck at that. Edelie ducked her face into the juncture of his chest and shoulder, ignoring the huffed laugh that he let out as she hid against him, and she was unable to stop the smile that tugged at her own lips. The whole situation was so new to her, not really having gotten past the stage of lighthearted flirting with anyone before they moved onto the next person until now.

But she had to admit that Torian was right—whatever this was that they had, whatever this could be, she was thrilled by it. And she wouldn’t have wanted to change her mind.

Razeia’s route would probably be easy enough to start off, but a little hard to keep going with just bc she can be a bit hot and cold. lol. but somebody being patient with her and show an interest in getting to know who she is underneath the grumpiness would get to see that she is incredibly affectionate and playful with the ones she loves. big on cuddles and showing her love in expensive ways.

13. Hair

forever bitter about the limited options in SWTOR that don’t properly show it off, but Casoleil’s hair is thick, curly, and naturally dark brown. her kinda face claim Medalion Rahimi fits the mental image pretty well:

normally wears it tied back in a bun, but none of the bun options in-game really fit her so I keep it down. also - dyes it dark red for some time after faking her death on Corellia, and keeps it that way until after her business on Makeb is over. initially just to help sell that she was dead, then just because the red felt like a change.

33. Safe

in all honesty? she doesn’t usually feel safe unless she’s either home on Manaan or in her apartment on Dromund Kaas. both have been outfitted with defenses to keep out intruders and warn her if somebody’s approaching that she didn’t approve, and she’s selective about who’s allowed at either (collaborating with the spouse, of course). even the Phantom doesn’t always feel safe; she cares about her crew deeply, but doesn’t trust that they wouldn’t take her out if it benefitted them to do so.

2. what is one of your character’s biggest insecurities? are they able to hide it easily or can others easily exploit this weakness?

his kind heart - how emotionally driven he is because of it, how easy it is to appeal to that. it often puts him at odds with the orders that he’s given or lands him in sticky situations during missions. he also worries about being the leader that havoc squad needs, especially considering how he knows he was only promoted to that role for being the only squad member wo didn’t defect. overall, he buries it deep enough, but the people closest to him can usually see through to it.

20. does your character like animals? what are some of their favorite animals? would they want pets? what about mythological creatures?

he definitely likes animals. lol. I think he would vibe with the voss wildlife, especially nexu and mawvorr. he would probably want an akk dog, too, but he’s so busy and lives more on havoc’s ship than his own home that he wouldn’t feel right about having a pet. for the time being, at least.

37. what are some of your character’s pet peeves? what are some things that annoy or disgust them?

for the most part, he’s a chill and laidback kind of guy, so it takes a lot to rile him up. lack of professionalism gets to him to an extent - he doesn’t mind joking around, and he’s definitely guilty of it himself, but he likes to get a mission done quickly and properly. he also gets irritated with people who are consistently late.

40. does your oc have any guilty pleasures they enjoy? hobbies, past times, music, etc. that they wouldn’t want known by others?

honestly? he’s not really ashamed of any hobbies or interests. he likes to cook when he has the time, especially on a date. he also sings whatever catchy pop tune is stuck in his head while in the shower very often.

5. nicknames? pet names? any in-jokes?

most of the time, jaesa calls her by the first part of her name - ana - and she’s one of the very few allowed to do it, and sometimes ‘love’ as well. on the other hand, ana maite alternates between ‘love’ and ‘darling’ with her. there’s a bit of teasing each other over things that only the two of them would understand, too.

22. does their work ever interfere with the relationship?

yes and no. their friendship had already been formed as an alliance of their own - first in opposition to their respective masters using them in a petty feud, then in forging plans to unite with light-leaning sith and change the empire - as equals and partners in their work, so their goals have always been the same.

but even so, they can and do occasionally butt heads over things. the subterfuge and ana maite’s role as the wrath can be harder for jaesa to handle some days, and sometimes ana maite has difficulty viewing things outside of sith pragmatism and paranoia and remains dependent on the dark side (even as her actions/motivations have improved for the better, especially in the alliance and her eventual defection to the republic), but they’ve long since learned to talk through things and lean on each other when it’s rough.

23. how do they hug? kiss? tease? flirt? comfort?

often softly and gently, an unspoken understanding of what the other needs - reassurance, comfort, etc - with the addition of a force bond between them. ana maite is shorter, so she tends to lean into her with jaesa resting her chin on her head, or she has to stand on her tiptoes a bit to kiss her. jaesa flirts and teases her by finding new ways to get her flustered with compliments and offhand comments. ana maite is more physically teasing - tucking loose hair behind her ear, nipping at her lip in a kiss, a stray touch in passing.

24. any doubts about the relationship?

not necessarily doubts, but rather insecurities, and mostly it’s early in their relationship. both of them can be a little self-conscious in their own ways, but they’re certain of each other and it mellows out any doubt.
