It's just so endeared to her typical behavior. Not just like happy in love but that casual sort "yup, that's how she is". This is when she says "I just look forward to you never doubting me again". And he's humored by it. He just loves her. It's a playful look. I love those moments where it's just like "yup, that's the girl I'm in love with. This is the one I picked."

Just the little quirk of a smile, endeared but also entertained by her in a moment where she's just being herself.
