except, again, morea’s just kinda there. she doesn’t have any power, doesn’t have a noble title, she frees herself eventually but she doesn’t get any of the cool god-powers the others have, she’s just a nice cute girl that the others were like “must protec and love”

RE: diverse romance books and tik tok

I'm not on TikTok but I've long heard about how fixated on ⚪️ authors & leads #booktok is re: the #romancebooks they promote. Not a shock as I still see #bookreviews where readers struggle to embrace a Black heroine for *reasons* 😒

Anywho, I'm gonna continue to promote Black heroines where I can.
